I have played several correspondence games at ICC. This is one of my two games against JimGaming. The other game is still in progress. My opponent has exceeded the initial time control in both of my games against him and got off with warnings both times! To me, that is cheating! Anyway, he exceeded the time control a second time in this game and I was thus awarded a win on time forfeit. (The game was adjudicated in my favor.)
